The Creative Journal method uses a variety of artistic mediums within guided exercises to, among other things, integrate the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Much of this method consists of “dual handed” drawing and journaling exercises, which provides a creative outlet for expressing emotions and encourages whole-brain thinking.
Below is a list of our main workshop offerings, although a Creative Journal workshop can be specifically designed for your group's goals. Many of these offerings can be completed in three hours. However, we can provide a more extensive program that would be tailored to your group's specific needs. All of these offerings are also ideal for one-on-one coaching.
