Collaborative Murals

“What a pleasure it was to watch Amanda Joy guide students to collaborate on the “We Care for the Earth” mural at Science Museum Oklahoma. She is a master at teaching elements and principals of art as she brings in various areas of the curriculum. Through a reflective process, Amanda Joy instills in each child a sense of self value. Her techniques encourage students to have respect for themselves and each other as they, together, enjoy the process of creating.”
