Now that we are at the start of February, those goals and resolutions that seemed so bright and sparkly on New Years Day are now draped over the treadmill-turned-clothes-rack (last year's resolution). Okay, okay...it may not be that dire, but chances are your sense of excitement has begun to wane. Wonder why? Perhaps it's because you don't have a "goal" road map.
